Web Interns
Job Purpose
As a Web Design Intern, you will play a crucial role in helping our team create, enhance, and maintain web-based platforms that captivate and inspire our audience. Your work will directly contribute to the online presence of our brand and our clients, fostering connections and driving meaningful engagement. This internship is an opportunity to develop your skills while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
The primary job duties and responsibilities include:
- Assist in designing and developing user-friendly, responsive websites.
- Integrate written and visual content effectively for web use.
- Improve UI/UX based on research and feedback.
- Customize web elements to meet client-specific needs.
- Support marketing with landing pages, email templates, and digital ads.
- Stay updated on web design trends and tools through training and self-learning.
Additional skills:
- Familiarity with web design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Understanding of website builders such as WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix.
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus (English is strongly preferred).
Physical Requirements
We highly recommend that you consider daily stretches and yoga routines and communicate openly about needed, and desired, health measures in order to properly take care of yourself.

Working Conditions
This job requires working from home or other virtual work spaces such as cafes, restaurants, co-working spaces, etc. You must provide your own home internet and computer. You may travel as you see fit, as long as it does not inhibit your work performance.
As a First Class Business team member you are required to provide outstanding communication to ensure responsibilities are completed. Your required working hours can be reasonably flexible with advanced notice. Depending on the project and team needs, the hours can be distributed between Monday – Sunday as needs be, however, there are team meetings and certain roles that will require you to be available during normal business hours 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday CST.
